SocialTrase Privacy Policy

  1. SocialTrase and NxtGen Technologies LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through regular compliance with the privacy laws in force in the territory of USA.

  2. We are committed to providing transparency regarding how we collect, process, use, maintain, protect, and disclose personal information. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) serves as notice, at or before the point of data collection, about the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which it is used.

  3. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include 10089 Willow Creek Rd, My School Safe, www.myschoolsafe.com and www.mysafeschools.com. Our application (“Application”) is a School Safety and Wellness Platform application.

  4. By accessing or using www.socialtrase.com (“Websites”) or   Application, you agree to this Policy. Please read the Policy carefully to understand Our practices regarding the collection and processing of your personal information. If you do not agree with the Policy and our practices, you may choose not to use the Application. The Policy may be updated from time to time, so it is advisable to keep checking it periodically for new updates.

 

1Collection of your Personal Information

To better provide you with products and services offered, We may collect the following categories of personal information:

 

  • Identifiers: First and Last name, Mailing address, Email address, Phone number

  • Demographic Information: Age, Gender

  • Payment Information: Billing details and Credit card information (only if you purchase Our products and services). This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

  • Internet Activity: Information about interaction with Our Websites and Application.

   

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include:

  1. registering for an account;

  2. entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by Us or one of our partners;

  3. signing up for special offers from selected third parties;

We may also use sensitive personal information, such as payment details, only as necessary for transactions or fulfilling contractual obligations. You can contact us to limit the use of your sensitive personal information.

 

3Use of Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

We offer the option to log into our Websites or Application using Google Single Sign-On (SSO). When you use this feature:

  1. Data Collected by Google

By logging in with Google SSO, certain data, such as your name, email address, and profile information, is shared with Us to facilitate account creation and login. This data is handled in accordance with this Policy.

  1. Tracking and Cookies by Google

Google may collect and process additional information about your use of Our platform in accordance with Google’s privacy policies. This may include tracking your activity through cookies or similar technologies. We recommend reviewing Google’s Privacy Policy to understand how they collect, use, and share your information.

  1. Third-Party Responsibility

While We ensure secure integration and limited use of the data We receive from Google, We are not responsible for any additional data processing or tracking conducted by Google outside of the data shared with Us through SSO.

You can manage your privacy preferences and data sharing settings with Google by visiting your Google Account Settings.

  1. Opt-out

If you do not wish to use Google SSO, you may opt to create an account with Us directly by providing a unique username and password.

4Sharing Information with Third Parties

THE COMPANY DOES NOT SELL, RENT, OR LEASE ITS CUSTOMER LISTS TO THIRD PARTIES.

 

We may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to the Company, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

6Children Under Thirteen

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. This application is intended for users older than 13 years of age. For minors aged 13-18, We require opt-in consent for the sale or sharing of personal information. If we learn that We have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, We will delete it.

 

7Email Communications

From time to time, We may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. To improve Our services, We may receive a notification when you open an email from the Company or click on a link therein.

 

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from the Company, you may opt out of such communications by sending a request to admin@myschoolsafe.com.
